Hostingzoom & Downtime

Hello,

I recently (a month ago) signed a friend up for a webhosting account at Hostingzoom.com and we’ve already had bad experience with them and I’d like to know if we’re the only ones or if this is happening to other Hostingzoom customers.

I chose Hostingzoom because it seemed to be much more reliable service than regular shared hosting services but it seems I was mistaken.
We experience downtime every several days (monitored using mon.itor.us) until now, our monitoring service sends us weekly reports and except for one, which was the first week) we had downtime every week. In total we’ve had an uptime of 99.61% for the month November, reports are below:

I’ve contacted the HZ staff about this and they refuse to acknowledge this and don’t want to give us the credits we’re supposed to get as stated in their SLA because their monitoring service reported 100% uptime (webhostingpulse)… And as you can see on the image, our service reports 100% uptime for google and downtime for our domain (note: our domain uses the Hostingzoom nameservers) so our service can’t be the cause. Moreover, my friend witnessed the downtime 2 days ago.

So far we have bad experience with their service, their support service on the other side did satisfy us. What is your opinion and experience as a Hostingzoom.com customer?

Thank you
