Sales Force Automation and Tracking




We’ve made the decision to migrate to Parallels Business Automation & Plesk. We’re switching from using a system called NetSuite so we’re left with a gap in the sales and support areas.

NetSuite is an accounting system, CRM system, and sales force automation system. It does not connect to servers like PBA or Plesk though. Each of my sales/support reps can track their leads, sales, etc. It also helps me track commissions.

We’re thinking about Kayako for support, but it does not appear to offer sales management features.

Salesforce.com would be great, but it is very expensive if we get the version with the knowledge base and sales tracking.

Does anyone know of a system, integrated with PBA/Plesk, that helps track sales leads and opportunities by sales rep?

I cannot find any hosting industry software that will integrate with PBA or Plesk. How do you do it?
