This should be an easy one, important to some.

A user-defined maximum incoming message length would allow people who often receive voicemails several minutes long to adjust this to a shorter length. If this isn’t a problem for a user, they could keep the current setting. I’d prefer to shorten mine significantly. If a caller needs to leave a long, detailed message, then voicemail isn’t the correct method (email instead).
